Only Accepted Method of Payment
All orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment.No further notification will be sent to buyers.
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:
*Hong Kong Post
- All items will be sent as air registered mail or air parcel with tracking number. (Take 2-3 weeks to arrive)
- Spray Can & Li-Po battery will be sent by surface mail with tracking (might take up to 2 months to arrive)
- EMS and Fedex Express service also available, please email us for further information about shipping rate and delivery time
3. Import Taxes
Please note that all shipments may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance
must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Joyhobbystore products.
We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.
If you're unsure of your country's laws and policies regarding custom fees, please contact your local customs office.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking number will be provided by Email .
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order
if you decide not to.
6. Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.
When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling
for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return for refund.
2. Mail your returned item to the address we provided from email.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or destroyed by Customer.
